Land preservation

We see the challenge in the world today.

A beautiful place begins to become popular, the economy starts to grow and developers and real-estate investors see the opportunity to cash in and make large profits from uninformed landowners.

We've witnessed how a thriving community of artisans and creatives begins the initial ground work of establishing a culture that draws more and more tourists to these newly discovered gems. Shortly later you have a polluted and gentrified population that no longer holds any of the original values the town was built upon.

At Seva Om Non-profit we aim to preserve and protect land and culture around the globe.

By securing land while the market is still young and having a board of ecological, agricultural, cultural and spiritual experts evaulate how to sustainably and responsibly preserve, develop and regenerate the land.  We seek to create a framework that can be used across the globe to bring harmony to the seemingly opposing forces of presrvation and development.

We understand that development and growth is an inevitable part of life in today's modern world. We are here to create a new way to balance the needs of the people with the needs of nature and the planet.

Our initial model is designed on a 50-25-25 split of any land we acquire. We aim to preserve 50% in its raw form. 25% is then open for agricultural, while the remaining 25% is possible to develop in a sustainable, environmentally regenerative way.
